How to edit a payee
Below is step-by-step guide on how to edit a payee in your Bill Pay. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth process for editing your payee, allowing you to manage your payments effectively.
Access your Bill Pay Center to begin the process of editing payee details.
Log in to your Bill Pay Center from your desktop or from a browser.
Navigate to Payees.
Locate the payee you are needing to edit. Select Edit on the right-hand side.
Update the information you are needing to change then hit Submit.
It will notify you that the payee was successfully edited, then you will select Return to payees to go back to the Payee screen.
Deleting a Payee
To delete a payee, locate the payee you wish to delete from the Payee screen. Next, choose Delete on the right-hand side.
You will receive a pop-up verifying that the payee you selected will be deleted. To confirm the deletion, select Ok. The payee will then be removed for your payee list.
